I’m an independent book and archive conservator based in Haringey, North London, with over 11 years of experience in the heritage sector. My background spans museums, libraries, and bookbinding, with a focus on conservation, collections care, outreach, and accessibility.
I specialise in interventive conservation, restoration, bookbinding, and custom box-making. I’ve led major projects including archive cleans, audits, and large-scale collections moves, and I’m experienced in teaching, project management, and event coordination.
Community engagement is central to my practice. I’ve taught bookbinding during Refugee Week and recently ran a craft fundraiser for Haringey Welcome and the Museum of Homelessness’ homelessness prevention fund.
I hold an FdA in Book Conservation and an MA in Book Arts from Camberwell College of Art, UAL, and contribute to the field as a proofreader for Conservation Update. Previous organisations I've worked with include the House of Lords Library, the Linnean Society, All Souls College Oxford, the National Trust, and Maggs Bros.
